Well, I'm still alive.
Thought about updating here quite often but didn't.
What's new in my life:
- Still haven't found a house to buy

- but I bought an overgrown property with 520 m² somewhere in Saxony-Anhalt last May. It was auctioned by the state - and surprisingly - I had the highest bid.
It's situated in the suburbs of a little town called Oranienbaum (it has a little castle and my property is right beside the castle-park) which is between Leipzig and Berlin.
On my property is a dilapidated house which I plan on demolishing. I will try to build a little house afterwards but I'm not sure if I'll get a building permission. I'm waiting for the news on that. If I won't be allowed to build a normal house I'll build a weekend house with less squaremeters, which is always allowed. Until I get any new housing solutions I'm thinking about buying a used caravan or contractor shed where I can sleep, while staying there.

- At the moment I'm cleaning up my property from trees and bushes. It's a lot of hard work. I bought a chainsaw and other heavy equipment to make the place look a bit like a garden. I already piled up the cut bushes and trees at the back fence line which is like 40m long and like 2m in height at the moment and I'm still not finished.

- I drive up there, it's a 480km ride one way, every 2nd or 3rd weekend. I love my property as it is quite and my neighbours are nice (they are not near, over on the other side of the street (dirt road).

- I gave notice to move out of my rental house end of November. My landlady never fixed any of the problems.

- I found a nice attic flat near Dingolfing in a village called Reisbach, where I will move in beginning of November.

- Seems like I'm back to my normal gypsy-life with moving a lot *sigh*

- I didn't sign up for the next exam in October as I'm not feeling like doing any exam at all. I know all of my school fees are going to waste if I don't do the exam. Well, I'm a fool. Maybe I'll do the next exam coming spring.

- went on a little vacation to Montenegro for a week with a friend last May. Montenegro is a VERY beautiful little country with very friendly people.

- Booked a flight to South Korea for the 9th of December. I'll stay 3 weeks and will drive around with a rental car. I'll bring my camping eqipment...

- Signed up for a further education in reincarnation therapy. It starts mid November and ends in July next year. It is 4 blocks of 7 days at the training center.

- 5 weeks ago I broke one of my ribs as I toppled over while mowing the steep-as-hell bank at my current house. Man, that hurt like hell. You never know how much you use the "rib-muscles" until you break something.

- Still haven't found a new job
