It seems that I like to post only when I'm at the office in Munich, where I am right now.
The apartment is gone for real, everything went smoothly. Got my money and the new owner got the keys.
I'm absolutely debt-free, which I haven't had for quite some years. It's a good feeling. But I guess it won't last too long as I'm searching for a house to buy which I will find soon hopefully.
I've settled in my new home. It's just the office where there's still some boxes to unpack. I need some more plastic boxes to sort my tools and machines and all of my writing materials.
It's nice to live in a little house all on my own. The best thing is that I don't have to care for any noises or music I listen to. I can play music as loud as I want without disturbing anyone. I love that.
Last week I burned white sage in all of my rooms to clean from negative energy. I think it helped al lot. I feel more comfortable and my sleep improved too. I had lots of bad + disturbing dreams before.
My neighbours are nice - so far.
There's a single woman on the one side, a musician in her mid 30's I guess. Ah, @jarofporter: I don't know yet, what kind of music she plays. She told me that she and the bandmembers are playing on weddings and in holiday resorts somewhere in Europe. So I guess it's some kind of pop or rock which all kind of people like. Right now she's got no assignments due to Corona. Plus she's one of those who are not vaccinated.
The other neighbour is a single male around my age. Kind of taciturn. He's interested in nature and likes to go fishing. Don't know what he's doing for a living.
Weather is nice. Stormy and mild temperatures around 10C. But they say colder for the next couple of days. I don't mind as long as there's not much snow involved. I'm glad that I moved to a region with not as much snow as in Zwiesel.
