Strange, that the birds in the city are way earlier into spring-mood and singing in the early mornings than the ones outside. I recognized this morning. Where I slept last night there was no sound but the wind in the trees and when I came into the company all birds were alive and singing. That sound is nice to hear. It heightens the mood a lot. Not that it is not nice to hear the wind in the trees. Or that there's still a mood at all.
Yesterday, at the gym, I met a triathlete companion. She wants me to do her swim-training-schedule as she thinks that I'm able to get her to swim faster. I don't believe that, but here are the first 3 sesions: (just in case someone wants to do those too, I could translate into english ;))
