I didn't go to the gym yesterday. I'm so done with having to do sports if you don't feel well or totally stressed.
I did go to the appointment for radiation The treatment does take 2 minutes or so and the getting undressed and dressed again takes 5 minutes. I don't want to know what such a kind of treatment costs. I'm glad that my insurance pays for this. But it seems that it doesn't work no matter how costly that treatment is. My achilles tendon is hurting like all the other days and isn't getting better at all.
And I did meet my friend. It was kind of nice to meet her again. We went shopping. She bought some cloth for sewing and I bought a french press for coffee making. I tested it this morning and the coffee tasted alright. I think I have to optimize the water/coffee-ratio a bit as it was pretty strong this morning, which doesn't help that I still fell nearly asleep in the afternoons here at work.
I read a nice book by Jessica Shirvington. It's about a young woman who lives 2 lives. Very interesting theory in that book, having alternate lifes shifting each day at midnight into the other one. What if that is true and normally we don't know about that? If we only knew...
Well, I learned in my shaman apprenticeship that there are things out there "normal" men don't see... Maybe alternate lifes and worlds are possible. Very fascinating thought.
