Moving went smoothly. The moving men were very nice and very hard workers. It took them around 5 hours to move all my stuff into my tiny house. But it was a hard weekend for me with 18-hour-days. My right leg was killing me as the right hip is still hurting a lot and the pain is getting worse and is moving downwards as well. I was hardly able to sleep because of that pain. Funny thing is, that I can run now with the injured hip but don't walk.
I have an appointment with another orthopaedic specialist. Maybe he is able to get some healing on this leg. My third try with an orthopaedic in this case.
I'm still living in some chaos in my new house. But it's getting better each day. My bedroom is nearly ready and the toilet-room. I both painted them in light pink. The toilet-room is now my "Princess-room" There's still alot to do in the kitchen and the living room. I want to do a makeover for the floors and new paint for the walls in light yellow. New curtains, new base plates for the wood-burning fireplace inserts, fill a hole in the wall of the chimney-wall, unpack the boxes and setting up for the living room, some new electric wires in the kitchen and I urgently need a new dishwasher. I hate dishwashing by hand! My old one was too broad for the kitchen, I need a thinner one.
I got back my rent deposit. My former landlord had no complaints. I'm so very glad. I need that money urgently as I have to pay for the 1000L gas delivery which came last week.
I have great joy in watching my bird-feeders. There are a lot of little feathered friends there. Mostly different kinds of titmice, but also blackbirds, greenfinches, jays, bullfinches and nuthatches so far. There's also a squirrel that steels the peanutpacks off the branches. There's a grey, fat, longhaired cat that ambushed the birds sitting under a bush. So I just sawed off the lower branches of that bush that she isn't able to hide under it anymore. Yay me.
I had my sports-performance diagnostic last week. I didn't get worse as last years result. I thought I would be less fit, but I wasn't. I'm glad. I still have to loose some weight. I lost 4kg so far. 6kg have to go further on.
I began with running again. The achilles tendon has become better. So I'm now running 4x 30min per week. It's going good so far.
