Monday - how much I hate that day, if I have to work. It was so very hard to get out of bed this morning. As always I thought about the options to call in sick, but I rarely do that. I don't feel too good as I ate way too much yesterday. I made those lentil fritters acorn wrote about. And it was so very good! I added some lemon-flavoured oil instead of olive oil and a lot more lime juice and some extra balsamico creme vinegar. I put all the batter in an oven pan at once so I don't had to bake them in oil which means less calories. It came out very tasty and I ate all of it yesterday. I still wasn't able to eat this morning and I still feel a bit sick into my stomach. Only had some anise-tea until lunch to calm my stomach + I think that my breath still stinks of the garlic. Nevertheless lentil-fritters l acorn are VERY GOOD and I'll make it soon again. Maybe not that much at once again.
It was very warm Saturday and Sunday. I slept in on both days of the weekend, which was so very nice. Yesterday I went for a 2.5h bike ride. As it already is November and normally temperatures wouldn't be as moderate to ride the bike without gloves and hat this one was a very special and enjoyable ride.
Watched a lot of movies on the internet as well. One was called "Knowing" with Nicolas Cage. Interesting film. And the last one I watched was "Thor" which was so very unspectacular. The main character was pretty boring and not very good looking, for my taste. I think it was at least 6 movies I watched. Wait!: It was "Beastly", "Warriors Way", "Who is Hanna?", "Fight girl", "Daystalkers", so that makes 7 movies.
Are there any recomendations for movies I could watch? I'm so much into watching movies lately. I guess I'm on the run off reality.
I made up my race schedule for next year.
This is:
27. May - 29. May, Tage der Wahrheit (days of the truth) in Graz/Austria which is olympic distance with each leg on a different day. This is going to be very much fun
2. June, Steinberger See Triathlon, Middledistance
26. July, Immenstadt Triathlon, Middledistance
5. August, Tutzinger Triathlon, Olympic distance
2. September, Challenge Walchsee/Austria, Middledistance
plus some running races here and there which don't really count.
The schedule is not very eventful. No distances I've never done before and nothing real long or far away. The race most far away is the one in Graz/Austria, but as this is a long weekend with a bridgeday, that won't be much of a problem.
No extavagances and very extensive and painful trainings for me next year - I guess.
Maybe a training camp on one of the Canary Islands.
Today is a very gloomy one outside. No chance for the sun to come out. Matching my mood.
On Wednesday this week is my appointment with the psychotherapist and I made another appointment for the gyn. Wish me luck that there's noting serious with my uterus.
