- travel guide for hiking in Norway
- book(s) to read on the flight and recreational days after the race.
I only found one that catched my interest so far (water for elephants). Maybe someone has some recommendations for new books? I don't like fantasy (anymore) and no thriller or crime. And I already read 'The Stand' several years ago ;) I'm not a Stephen King fan anymore.
I need to do some grocery shopping for Norway as well. I want to take some sweets for the race day with me and a glass of chocolate spread (no Nutella as they produce their cocoa of childrens work), some tea, sugar and instant cocoa powder. I'm always craving for something sweet when I'm somewhere traveling/hiking/racing.
Need to bring my bike for a last check to the bike shop. I guess I'll need at least a new chain and new brakes, plus I'll buy a spare tire and tube. You'll never know...
It's raining again. Already feels like autumn.
My collegue is ill and at home with a torn achilles tendon. She won't be back for several weeks.
PT told me that he has a strained muscle in his pelvis. Asking myself if he'll be able to start tomorrow at the Immenstadt-Triathlon.
Only 7 more days to work.
