Feeling pretty sick since yesterday in the evening. I made pasta just with tomatosauce and some basil in it and afterwards I felt so very sick that I thought I had to puke. But I didn't. Same feeling now. Maybe I'm not used to eat pasta anymore. I rarely eat warm meals as I am so very impatient. I'm always starving, when I come home and I maybe cook once in a month for myself. I mostly eat muesli with yoghurt in the evenings. I need something to eat real quick then. For lunch I mostly take a big salad and nothing but coffee for breakfast. Quiet boring I know. Bought fresh raspberries and those together with my muesli is just delicious.
Tomorrow I have to give two presentations for our new sales employees.
Looking forward to my time off. Just this week to work and then 2 weeks off. PT said, that this time is going to be ideal for training like I'm in a training camp, which means double and very long training sessions.
Last Saturdays 10k race was moderate. Not real fast. Somewhere in the middle field with my ranking and time. After 2h on the bike before the race my legs felt like jelly. And therefore my time isn't that bad. Naturally then it wasn't a PB.
Yesterday I went for an easy 4h bike round. All sunny but not very warm. Thousands of people on the streets as always on the weekends when the sun's out.
Work is boring. Not much to do. I'll prepare my presentations a bit.
Last day of sunshine today. They say colder and rain for tomorrow and the next week. Hopefully not that much rain.
