Mostly the whole department of OTC is away for the rest of the week. They all flew to Malta (south of Italy) for a field sales conference. So we are only 4 collegues left of 12 in our department and mostly 90 % of the rest of OTC is missing as well. Quiet days.
My legs are still a bit sore of the marathon but getting better with each day.
Weather is still gorgeous and they say temperatures in the 75th for the coming weekend. That's pretty unusual for this time of the year. Normally it would be around 50.
Not much of training this week. Rest-week due to marathon hang-over. But I do something nevertheless. I know that PT will be angry with me, if I tell him. Rest is very important for the regeneration of muscles after a race. But if I can't practice any sports I get even more angry, frustrated and aggressive. I NEED sports for my well-being.
Haven't spoken to PT since last Saturday. Usually we communicate on a daily base for several weeks now.
I miss him a lot.
