Yesterday was a very long day. Went to the gym after work at 6pm and was at home again at 11pm. Had a run-swim-run + core workout training session. But it was nice to be worn out and very tired. I fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. Very good. As there are times, I'm so very tired and I go to bed and as soon my head touches the pillow I'm not able to sleep as thoughts are swirling in my head all the time.
No training today. I guess my legs need it, but my brain doesn't.
I'm in the medical drug study as my blood was ok. Next week is my second test and I'll get the medication. And the weekend after there's an anti-stress-seminar for all those people taking part in that study. Hopefully it is very good. Otherwise it will make me even more stress, as my urgently needed weekend is wasted.
