I signed up for Norseman a few hours ago. Mostly the first thing I did this morning.
I'm totally excited.
PT signed the application form to act as my support-team. He said he gladly would like to come with me to Norway.
So, you read from a very, very happy camper, now.
In the afternoon I'll get the flu-shot for this seasons flu precaution. My first vaccination against flu in my life. I hope that there won't occure any side effects.
Dinner on Saturday was pretty nice. PT canceled as he was ill and staying in bed with a bad cold.
I cooked leek-cheese soup, chopped chicken with eggplant and tomatoes with green ribbon noodles + green salad and for desert I baked apple-choco-nut muffins. Everything tasted very good according to my guests and PT got the remaining muffins yesterday and he called them "wahnsinnig gut" which means terrific good. So, I'm glad that I had a nice evening with satisfied guests and a PT who liked my muffins.
From today on I have a new training schedule as preparation for the next season. Main focus will be getting faster in running. That's my worst discipline, so a lot of work is lying in front of me plus I have to loose weight again as I gained 3 kg during the last 4 weeks. I want to decrease my weight a lot more this season. I guess that's a little essential for getting faster as well.
