It's astonishing how fast someone can lose fitness. Didn't train a lot during the last 3 weeks. Went to the gym and pool today. Swam 2400m. It was pretty hard and I was pretty slow. This is frustrating. I know that I'll get my shape back after a few weeks of training. But still frustrating how fast it's going downwards.
PT will begin with training schedule on the 18th this month.
16th is dinner time again. Only know what to cook for the main meal but not yet what for desert and starter. Chopped chicken in tomatoes with green noodles and stem turnip or cauliflower. Maybe minestrone as starter and cut-up and sugared pancake with raisins (Kaiserschmarrn) for desert. Or maybe something with fruits or bavarian creme, or simply icecream? *sigh* It's so hard to decide.
Next dinner invitation is the 30th this month. Any ideas what to cook?
