I'm tired.
Since Thursday my training has worn me out, especially my legs. Thursday really fast 2,5 h bike ride, Friday track training in race pace, Saturday fast run training + bike ride
and today >4h bike ride. I'm really glad that tomorrow is Monday. Monday = swim day. Next week is going to be easy with just two sessions of swimming and an easy bike session on Friday.
Saturday, I'll drive to Cologne. Checking in for the middle distance and get my start utilities. Then drive to my Ex-parents-in-law, spend the night there and head to Cologne (they live in an far out suburb of Cologne) in the morning to check in my bike and then off for the race Sunday at noon. That's my plan for the week. Nothing else planned then sports and work and eat and sleep.
Dinner with PTs parents was very nice. Cooked chicken with gnocchi and some veggies. Carrot-pumpkin-ginger soup before and frozen yoghurt with strawberries for desert. They said it tasted good. So, I'm satisfied.
