Since my physiotherapist put his hands on my shoulder and arm I am in constant pain on it. Damn.
But I love my physiotherapist. He is VERY good.
I have the impression that somehow any muscle or tendon in my body is giving up on me part by part. I guess I'm getting too old for this kind of sport. My ambitions in triathlon is killing me slowly. Maybe I should give it up after this season?
Training each day means:
3-4 x swim training/week
3-4 x cycling/week
3-4 x running/week
2-3 x strength training/week
That's my schedule at the moment. 2 weeks of hard training, 1 week of light training. Nearly no day off.
If I don't get faster with this hard training, I'm going to be very disappointed. I would like to be faster at least 10 minutes on the olympic distances and I want a time under 5h on the middle distance. That would mean at least places among the first 5 women.
Am I too ambitious?
Happy holidays for you!
You are in my prayers!
I'll be off here for a few days.
