Sports I did today:
Before work 30 min of easy running
Biking to work and back as each day from Monday to Friday
45 min biking to the swim stadium
2700m of swimming
45 min biking back home
I ate today:
1 bun with cheese and type of sausage pork
1 bavarian pretzel
1 piece of a collegue's birthday cake
big joghurt with chocolate chip granola

4 slices of dark wholemeal rye bread with Emmentaler cheese and apricot jelly on top

and don't you dare to wrinkle your nose about cheese and jelly! I love that! That tastes fantastic.
is that too much food?
And I stole all the pictures out of the internet... I am a bad person!
edit:
Forgot an apple and an orange that I ate for lunch
And yeah, you're right, no warm meal at all, like on most of my days...
