Well, good coffee is a thing of individual taste, I guess, as mostly everything.
First thing you need is a good quality coffee. And I mean GOOD coffee! (I buy Segafredo, an italian brand of 100% arabica whole beans) Then you need it grinded fine. Then put in a filter and the grinded coffee in your machine. Well, that's it. You need at least one teaspoon of coffee for each (normal = 0.2 l) cup you are going to brew plus one in additon. And the water which is running through should have 90-95C.
Isn't that hard to make, or?
And very happy belated Valentines Day to everyone!
