I actually weighed myself. The first time in years. It is terrifying how much you betray yourself when it comes to your weight, without controlling.

Though, it's becoming a bit harder and needs more effort and self-discipline to loose the appropriate amount of weight for my race.
Bought an activity tracker. It's astonishing how less/much I move during the day.
Booked my personal trainer for 20 weeks. Got 10% off the actual price with 3 training plans per week. Had my first training yesterday. It was hard to get through.
I do something each day. At least 3 times per week swimming, the rest of the days cardio and muscle-build-up.
It's raining here in Munich. Don't know exactly how it is at home but the forecast said more snow. *moresigh*
But it's getting milder now. Hopefully the winter is leaving. With temps above freezing during the day the snow is melting. Yay!
